Upon submission of this application form, a transaction will be charged to your nominated credit card via Stripe. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
– I understand that I have three (3) days to cancel this agreement and have 100% of my deposit refunded.

– Thereafter, I understand there are no refunds given after the 3 days from the date of the signed enrolment agreement.

– I understand that I am liable to honour the payments of the payment plan which I have agreed to.

– I understand that if I cannot attend training I have the ability to transfer my enrolment to another course that Luke Hawkins Coaching offers at the same value or lesser than the course I am currently enrolled in.
