When coming up with a name for your business think of a brand name that represents your business. You can use your personal name for your brand or you can use a generic one. There are pro’s and con’s of both. Your personal name is good for getting people to know who you are specifically.
However if you ever want to stop being the one who delivers the coaching programs or services then people may find it harder to see value if it’s not you. It may be easier to sell a business that is not your brand name and have many people working for you and different people who present your product or service to the audience.
At the end of the day it’s up to you, there’s no right or wrong. I chose my personal name for more people to know who I am which I felt would make it easier for people to connect with me as a person as opposed to a generic company. Overall, it’s your decision both have unlimited potential.
I have put some ideas for brand names below..
e.g. Sally smith coaching, mind potential, sally smith institute, Sally smith (can use just your name), Your potential unleashed, Empowering minds, unleash it now, Leading with love, The goddess project etc etc
